Fuel24 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded by Fuel24. Fuel24 is committed to providing transparent and clear terms and conditions to ensure that they are easily understandable by all parties, not just legal professionals. If any terms or conditions are unclear, please contact the Fuel24 Client Care Center at ccc@ifpls.aero. Any individual agreements specified in the contract will also apply and will take precedence if they conflict with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period, with a minimum term of one year unless otherwise agreed. Upon concluding an agreement, the customer will receive credentials for the use of Fuel24’s online platform, which will include a complimentary subscription. These credentials will allow the customer to purchase services, specifying quantities and dates of delivery. The credentials are intended solely for the customer's company and must be used by authorized personnel only. Employees may be assigned user, administrator, or other roles based on company requirements. A detailed list of the services offered, along with pricing and graduated scales, will be provided in a separate “Pricing Annex or Section” in the contract. Fuel24 aligns its pricing policy with market trends and the price index. Prices may be adjusted annually in accordance with the Consumer Price Index figures for the preceding year. Customers will be notified of any such adjustments in advance, specifying the percentage change. The new pricing will take effect from the first invoice of the next calendar year.

Invoicing for Fuel24 Services Purchases

Fuel24 will issue invoices after the delivery of services or upon receipt of any third-party invoices related to online inquiries or purchase orders. The Fuel24 invoice will provide detailed information about the purchased services, including quantities, delivery dates, and specific quantities for each service. All invoices will be sent via email as PDF attachments to the email addresses registered in our company’s “Credit Application Form.” Payment is due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Online purchasing capabilities will be automatically restricted if payments are not settled within 21 days. If payment remains overdue after 30 days, the client account will be promptly closed, and an additional interest charge of 10% per month or any fraction thereof will be added to the outstanding balance.

Security

Fuel24 continuously implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of customer personal data against loss and any form of unlawful processing. These measures are deemed adequate under the GDPR. Fuel24 will provide assistance to customers to ensure compliance with the obligations imposed on them by the GDPR and other applicable legislation and regulations regarding the processing of personal data. Customers are entitled to verify compliance with

these measures by consulting with Fuel24 during the term of the agreement and may choose to conduct an audit by an independent expert. All costs associated with such an audit will be borne by the customer. Customers must promptly inform Fuel24 of any binding security instructions. Fuel24 will take all reasonable actions to ensure compliance with these instructions.

Privacy

Fuel24 does not control the personal data provided by the customer. Unless required by the nature of the instructions issued by the customer, explicit permission from the customer, or a legal obligation, Fuel24 will not disclose personal data to third parties or process it for purposes other than those agreed upon. The customer guarantees that the personal data may be processed based on a legal basis as specified in the GDPR. Data controllers are entitled to conduct audits, as necessary, to verify that Fuel24 complies with the conditions and provisions outlined in the agreement, regulatory rules, and applicable mandatory laws. Fuel24 will notify the customer as soon as possible about any such audits unless prohibited by law.

Fuel24 Online

Fuel24 Online is designed to be reliable, secure, and efficient. Fuel24 collaborates with external parties to ensure the availability of Fuel24 Online services and works with professional internal teams to safeguard security and oversee service provision. Clear agreements have been made with suppliers and customers regarding the required services and service levels. Optimal backup procedures are in place to ensure continuity and provide an excellent experience for customers.

Performance

Fuel24 Online is expected to perform well but is dependent on the internet connection and the customer's environment setup. Fuel24 measures an average response time of less than one minute for any service request. Response times for various functions within Fuel24 Online may vary depending on the type of function, data volume, customer-specific setup, and user email settings. Operating Hours and Additional Support

The Client Care Center is available from 06:00 GMT to 21:00 GMT and can always be reached via email to provide answers to any inquiries. For assistance outside the Client Care Center’s operating hours, please contact our 24/7 operations team at fuel@fuel24.aero.

Services and Responsibilities

Fuel24 provides a comprehensive range of aviation and flight support services. Fuel24 Online currently offers a selection of these services, and ongoing development will expand the service offerings in the near future. As the client submits service requests online, the client is responsible for the accuracy of the application. Any additional charges resulting from inaccuracies in the application will be the responsibility of the client. Fuel24 is not liable for any errors or additional services provided by third parties based on incorrect applications submitted by the customer online.

Fuel24 will provide all possible support to clients and will work with third-party suppliers to address any issues; however, there is no guarantee of refunds or waivers of any additional fees imposed due to incorrect submissions by the client through Fuel24 Online.

To ensure optimal performance and customer care, the Fuel24 team will monitor applications to ensure accuracy and prevent delays. If necessary, Fuel24 will contact the customer to implement any required adjustments.
